Who We Are
You know, it still feels weird to put things like "Who We Are" in there, because right now the list of staff is just one owner/operator/transfemme kitchen witch named Sophie! I do think it looks more professional to have "We" for a business though so it's gonna stay for now, but I'll gladly tell you more about how this all got started:
Ever get one of those moments where you try something and are instantly hooked on it? For me, that was discovering fermentation. It started simple, trying to make a sauerkraut myself. Then a kombucha, then hitting the best thing I could imagine - hot sauce! I kept trying new things, perfecting one amazing recipe that turned into, well, all this! I hope you'll love it as much as I do, and keep checking back! There's always a few test batches going, perfecting different recipes to share.
